The basic rental fee for The Barn includes the following:
Use of the barn on the day of the special event (8am-11pm)
Use of the custom built bar inside the barn and 1,000 square foot deck at The Barn.
Use of the grounds-Lake Marjorie, for ceremonies (2 hrs. with barn booking)
Use of the adjacent fields to set up tents for additional space, if desired
Valet parking with two attendants (additional cost), otherwise self-parking
A bonfire to end your special event, complete with hot chocolate and s’mores
Day of event coordinator to make sure the above goes smoothly (Ryan Family)
Lake Marjorie’s options and base fees are available upon request for private event.
Base rental fee for The Barn- starting from $7,500 for up to 150 guests in 2018.
All venues are available year round -call for reservations.
