A true historic farmhouse that was built in “our closest recorded find” around 1862, in the hamlet of Billings, New York. The property has been restored to a “modern country” home that has four original bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a custom shower. The farmhouse was provided with Ryan Farm made oak beds, seven full size in total and of course a fourteen person oak dining table which is the center of the house.
This country home has all the conveniences needed for an authentic stay in Dutchess County, but newly appointed for maximum comfort. The family room has a flat screen TV, high speed internet, a large sectional sofa for gatherings in the traditional salon and a library-game room adjacent for a family or small group stay.
The house is meant to be rented totally, by one family or small group, not room by room so our guests can enjoy the same peaceful location on the farm many people have for years to come.
